Fiber artist William Owens received weaving lessons from a friend and he was hooked. Bill loved the process and soon developed a style and a vibrant color palette. Working with a small loom Bill creates richly colored light weight scarves, wearable art. Color and fibers choices vary great with a resulting collection of rainbow hued scarves with great texture.
